Shipping Policy
HONGKONG MISTPEAK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED relies on Hong Kong's convenient cross-border logistics network and is committed to providing efficient, reliable and convenient shipping services for global customers. This Shipping Policy is intended to explain our shipping scope, shipping time, shipping costs, order tracking and other related matters to ensure that you clearly understand the relevant shipping rules.
1. Shipping Areas
We provide shipping services to most countries and regions around the world, covering mainstream markets such as Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia and Oceania. Shipping services may not be available to some remote areas (such as remote islands, war-torn areas, sanctioned areas, etc.), or additional remote area shipping fees may be required, which shall be subject to the system display when placing an order.
2. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days after your payment is successful (orders will not be processed on Hong Kong public holidays and weekends). After the order is processed, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible and update the logistics information in a timely manner.
If your order contains multiple products, it may be shipped in batches, and we will notify you in advance via email.
3. Shipping Time
The shipping time starts after the order is shipped, excluding the order processing time. The specific shipping time depends on the destination country/region, the efficiency of the logistics service provider, customs inspection and other factors. The following is the reference time:
(1) Standard Shipping: 7-20 working days;
(2) Expedited Shipping: 3-7 working days (available in some countries/regions, subject to the system display when placing an order, additional expedited shipping fees are required).
Note: The actual shipping time may be extended due to customs inspection, flight delays, local postal efficiency, holidays and other factors. We will try our best to coordinate with the logistics service provider, but we will not be liable for delays caused by the above factors.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country/region, package weight and size, and shipping method (standard/expedited). The specific shipping fee will be displayed before you check out and pay, and the shipping fee will be confirmed after payment is successful.
Some orders can enjoy free shipping discounts (subject to the activity rules), and the discount will automatically deduct the shipping fee.
5. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to your registered email, including the logistics tracking number and query link. You can query the real-time logistics status of the package through this link.
If you do not receive the shipping notification or the logistics information is not updated for a long time, you can contact us through the contact email and phone number, and we will query and feedback for you in a timely manner.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspection in the destination country/region, resulting in import duties, value-added tax, handling fees and other related taxes and fees. All such fees shall be borne by you. We do not bear any related fees, nor are we responsible for order delays, package detentions and other problems caused by customs inspection.
You can learn about the relevant customs regulations of the destination country/region in advance to avoid the package being detained or additional fees incurred due to violations.
7. Undeliverable & Lost Packages
(1) Undeliverable: If the package is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by you, recipient rejection, no one to sign for, incomplete address, etc., you need to bear the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for re-shipping (if any), or we will process the refund for you after deducting the corresponding shipping fee.
(2) Lost Packages: If the package is confirmed lost by the logistics service provider during transportation, you can contact us through the contact email, provide the order number and relevant certificates, and we will re-ship the product or issue a full refund (excluding additional fees such as expedited shipping fees) after verification.
8. Damaged Packages
If you find that the product is damaged during transportation after receiving the package, you need to submit photos/videos of the damaged product and photos of the outer packaging of the package through the contact email within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will verify and process replacement, return and refund or corresponding compensation for you.
