Return and Refund Policy

To protect your legitimate rights and interests and allow you to purchase with confidence, HONGKONG MISTPEAK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED has formulated this Return and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product or the product has quality problems, you can apply for return and refund in accordance with this policy. We will handle it properly for you in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and efficiency.

1. Return Conditions

(1) Product Quality Issues: Within 7 working days of receiving the product, if you find that the product has non-artificial damage quality problems (such as inability to use normally, functional abnormalities, appearance damage, etc.), you can apply for return and refund, and we will bear the round-trip shipping costs and relevant customs duties (if any).
(2) Return for Personal Reasons: Within 7 working days of receiving the product, if the product has no quality problems, is unused, undamaged, and the packaging is intact (does not affect secondary sales), you can apply for return and refund, and you will bear the round-trip shipping costs, customs duties and related fees.
(3) Non-Returnable Situations:
- The product has been used, damaged, or the packaging is damaged (affecting secondary sales);
- Product failure caused by man-made damage or misoperation;
- Exceeding the 7 working days return period;
- Customized products (without quality problems);
- Missing product accessories, lost invoice (if any), and unable to provide relevant purchase certificates.

2. Return and Refund Process

(1) Apply for Return: Within the return period, please submit a return application through the contact email (278036632@qq.com), stating the order number, return reason, product status, and providing product photos/videos (proving the product status or quality problems) and purchase certificates.
(2) Review and Confirmation: We will review your return application within 24 hours. After approval, we will provide you with the return address, return instructions and relevant process explanations.
(3) Return the Product: Please return the product together with the packaging, accessories and invoice (if any) to the return address within 3 working days in accordance with the return address and instructions. Please package it properly to avoid damage during transportation; if the product is damaged due to improper packaging, it will affect the return review.
(4) Acceptance and Refund: After we receive the returned product, we will conduct acceptance within 3 working days. After acceptance, we will process the refund for you, and the refund will be returned to your payment account in the original way. The arrival time is subject to the payment platform (usually 3-7 working days).

3. Refund Instructions

(1) Return for Quality Issues: The refund amount is the actual order amount you paid (including product amount, shipping fee, customs duty, etc.), and we will bear the round-trip shipping costs, customs duty and related fees.
(2) Return for Personal Reasons: The refund amount is the actual product amount you paid, excluding shipping fee, customs duty and related fees, and you will bear the round-trip shipping costs, customs duty and related fees.
(3) If the product has man-made damage or affects secondary sales, we will refuse the return and refund, or process the refund after deducting the corresponding depreciation fee according to the degree of damage.
(4) If the package is returned due to incorrect return address or wrong recipient information provided by you, you need to bear the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for re-shipping (if any), or we will process the refund for you after deducting the corresponding fees.

4. Notes

- Please be sure to keep the product packaging, accessories and invoice (if any) when returning. The lack of any item may affect the return review;
- Please submit the return application and return the product within the return period, otherwise the return cannot be processed after the deadline;
